I had the same problem with my third baby. Ask your doctor about Reglan.Generic name is Metoclopramide. It's funny how a medication commonly prescribed for GERD, nausea, and vomiting can increase milk production, but it worked for me. Increased milk is a very helpful side effect in this pill for nursing mothers.

Let the baby nurse all it wants. No pacifiers (dummies) or bottles, they can interfere with establishing your supply. If the baby is producing several wet/dirty diapers in a day it is getting enough food. Let the baby nurse all it wants, this stage won't last forever!-) Also make sure the baby is latched on correctly and you can hear swallowing sounds.

You can take herbal supplements like Alfalfa Grass (tablet form) or your doctor can prescribe something. Also you drink lots and lots of water and pump whenever you get the chance and that can help increase your milk supply, plus you can freeze any pumped milk for later use.

I was always told, the more you nurse your baby, the more milk will come in. The sucking action plays a part in increasing the milk production. Keep going, it will come! :)
