I wouldn't want to miss the beginning, because that sets the storyline, and I definitely wouldn't want to miss the end. Actually, I wouldn't want to miss the middle either, but if it was necessary, I'd miss some part of the middle.

Well, actually, I walked out a movie within 30 minutes of the beginning of Anaconda,and I really couldn't stand any more of the movie than I had to endure.

I'd say i would have to miss the middle... simply because in the beginning we are presented with a problem.. in the middle the protagonist goes through hell and back to solve it.. and in the end.. he finds the light.. and the way to solve his problems..
i really wouldn't want to see the cr@p the protagonist goes through.. i just want to know how it starts.. and how it ends.. but when putting it in matters of an essay...
the introduction is what counts.. the middle has to have proof.. and the conclusion doesn't quite matter much.. so in matters of that... i'd go with the end...

The Beginning. (Every time my mother would take me to the movies, we'd always miss the beginning part, so its no suprise).

The middle if it was a mystery movie. You aways want to know who did what and then who did it.
