If you have lost your DA you can apply for a further copy from the Court who dealt with the divorce. your lawyer may be able to help but you will need an original from the Court if you want to do anything official, like get remarried.

You can apply six weeks and one day from the date that the court granted decree nisi, usually decree absolute is granted within a week but that depends on how busy the courts are and if all custody and fiancial matters have been resolved.
