is there anything i can use to re-cover a concrete drive, without digging it up?

You can use black top or slim cover which is a grout mixture. You can call your local ready mix company for information about slim cover.

Yes they have a coating about a half inch thick, that you can make it look like brick,cobble stones, or concrete. Saves money.

You can add another layer of concrete to the existing.
