I don't think that there will be many non native speakers teaching English in British schools but if they are, then they would be better at teaching the non native students. If they have had to learn English then they will know how hard it is and how to overcome the problems better than someone who didn't

The funny thing is that non native english speakers usually are the best at teaching english as a language. This is because like with all languages you are taught the correct way of talking and using verbs etc..

I'm a TEFL teacher and I often wonder about the native speakers who teach English as well as the non-native speakers.

Yes. And I've witnessed 'students' who seemed to think they were at a 'fashion show' too.
There was so much 'posing' going on it made my eyes water.
I've met none 'native' English speakers who spoke better (with clearer diction and were thus understandable -) English accents than those of the natives.
And.... I've met Americans (and they were just visitors here) who knew more about English history than the natives ....and had a generally better knowledge of English geography too.
They did tend to reinforce the philosophy that 'Education is WASTED on da yuff.'

My english instructor is Korean, yet he went to Cambridge and majored in English. even however some instructors' nearby language isnt English, in the event that they are qualified sufficient, and that they talk English on the point of different English instructors, the reality that they have got an accessory should not be a challenge.

I agree with katzig. I would also add that those who have had to learn English as a second language are more empathetic to those undertaking the same task.
