You need to get your rest and may need medication to help. Try assessing your environment and make sure the temp is cool and your surrounding are comfortable. Skip the caffeine including chocolate and any sugar. Do not exercise before bed. Run a white-sound machine, like a fan. Lavender is supposed to help, so maybe burn a candle or spray a freshner. Cammomile tea is a soother. Hopefully, those will help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

Is not weird, it takes me 1 hour to get to sleep and I always wake up at 6;00am.

Everyone has different sleep habits. Sometimes I sleep really well and sometimes I will lay awake all night.
