How does that harm fairness?
It's currently unfair as I believe, there is only one woman on the Supreme Court (or soon to be only only one). Men don't know what it's like to have to decide on having an abortion or what it's like to be sexually harassed.
How is it possible that a court of men will be fair to everyone? There's a reason why one must only be judged by a jury of their peers.

In my experience women personalise issues more than men. It follows, I think, that if any man comes to court charged with an offence where the victim is a women, particularly a sexual offence, a female judge will always be looking to punish to the maximum possible allowed under the law. It is almost certain that a woman in such a position will be a staunch feminist, and may possibly see men as the enemy, and thereby, apply an element of revenge.
I seriously question whether a woman can fully appreciate what it is like for a man to have to live hour by hour and day by day with strong sexual urges, that have to be controlled on an ongoing basis. Why is it for example, that by far the largest percentage of crimes are committed by men, and far more men in gaol and on death row? Are men inherently more wicked than women, or is it something to do with the laws that have been created, and the consequent difficulty that men experience complying with them. I doubt that the male condition is sufficiently well understood by female attorney, and sadly, I doubt that they know nor care.

Your question doen'st make any sense. How can having women in the Supreme Court cause harm to fairness? It sounds like you are making an assumption that wmones in this position will make biased judgements in favor of thier sex. Is that what you believe? It is unfair to have anyone in the Supreme Court who could possibly make a decision based on something other than the law or precedence, and anyone is capable of doing so. You need to give more detail to your question to explain your point of view.

No it doesn't harm the fairness of the courts, women are just as capable, if not more capable in some situations, of being an affective judge as men are and vice versa, if anything it makes it more fair.

It depends on that woman's political position. It can either help or hinder just as the man's political position can do the same. I think it is fair to have both sexes on the bench however.
