I didn't do anything to get it deactivated...I really don't know what to do. PLease help!!!! I have so much information, and I need it!

Do you check your emails in that account often? According to the terms and conditions, you have to log on at least once every 3 months (the terms may have changed since the last time I read it) in order to keep it active. If Yahoo has detected an account that has not been logged on in 3 months (or however long Yahoo has currently set up), the account will be deactivated with or without notice.

Had it been awhile since you logged into the account....I have heard that if you do not check your mail etc for a certain period of time that they cancel your account.
