I don't know if I understand your question but here is an answer:

The earliest known case of AIDS was found in 1959. The discovery suggests that the various AIDS-related viruses all shared a common African ancestor within the past 40 to 50 years.

In 1978, people in the US, Sweden, Tanzania and Haiti were diagnosed with AIDS-related illnesses.

In 1980 and 1981 people started dying in the US from AIDS-related illnesses... See the timeline in the link below for a fairly accurate and succinct history of AIDS.

There is know way to possible find that out. For all we know this disease could have been around way before the first known case was documented
