i can not join the thorougoods group?

i can not join the thorougoods group?

as im 0.6miles from bargin booze thorougoods say u have to be at least 0.5miles apart but they still wont let me join them as the owner has complained there is another thorougoods which is 1mile away from me and 0.4miles from bargin booze and he got to be thorougoods but not me y?
