"Chopin died on October 17, 1849. His body was laid in a tomb in Pere Lachaise Cemetery in France. In accordance with his wishes, the heart of this great composer was taken to Warsaw, Poland and enshrined into the wall of the burial nave of the Church of the Holy Cross in Warsaw where thousands of people come each year to remember him and his outstanding musical talents."

he's buried in the cemetery of Paris ( pere-lachaise cemetery )
but his hart is embedded in a pillar of the church of the holly cross in Warschau. This because ,Chopin of origin of Poland , he always loved his country very much.

When I last looked he was in the Père Lachaise cemetary in Paris.
I don't think he's been moved :-)
