what is the meaning of sat add?
or sat substract?

i can do it with a calculator, in my head,
with an abacus,
on a piece of paper,
on the blackboard,
and i can do them alone, or with friends

First I want to know what "sat" is all about.
The question is confusing with that word in front.
Commonse answer if the sat is ignored=
1. Perform these tasks in your head
2. Write them on paper
3. Use a calculator
4. Ask somebody else to do it and tell you the answer
5. Use the abacus, or multiplication table ( really old style)
