I too had digestive problems and needed to change my diet. It now consists mainly of items / items containing:

High Fiber (Raw Vegetables / Fresh Fruit)
Yogurt (Like Dannon Active, it has good bacteria to regulate digestion)
Oatmeal
Fish
Lean Meat (Turkey / Ostrich)
Limited servings of lean red meat (once or twice a month)
Little to No Fat / Grease
No Soda Pop / Soft Drinks
Limited Alcohol (usually a glass of Red Wine w/ dinner every now and again)
8 Glasses of Water per day religiously.

I also cut down my caloric intake to 1500-1700 calories per day, using multiple small meals (eating every 2-3 hours)

It has helped immensely. I no longer suffer from indigestion, acid reflux, urgent BM's, etc. I've also become extremely regular and over all feel much healthier and have more energy.

I am not endorsing the product; however, I have been seeing a lot of TV commercials with actress Jamie Leigh Curtis doing Activia commercials for normal bowel and digestive activity. You may wish to explore this further? Hope it all comes out well in the end... a bit of potty humor here.

You need five colors of food everyday, i.e. black, white, green red, and yellow.

Stay away from all kinds of carcasses or dead bodies of any animals or living beings!!!!! This is very important for good health, especially your body systems.
