Why was my account "ralphdawg12" deactivated and how do I reopen it?

My account "ralphdawg12" was deactivated in mid-day in early Sep 2006, I believe it was. All without explanation. I had used it for years and had a lot of personal correspondence, family photos, etc. stored in it. I need to retrieve the info, if not the account name. Of course I would like just to re-activate the account and move on!

Contact Yahoo Customer Care. They fixed a similar problem of mine.

The only people that can tell you why it was deactivated and retrieve your data are Yahoo, so you should contact them directly.
