I'm trying to find out the name of a children's series that aired in the early 80's. I think it aired on HBO and was live action. It was a guy who lived in a high rise apartment, possibly in New York, and had pets. The pets were played by puppets. All I remember is that one of the puppet character's name was Muffy, and that there were several scenes where the main characters were on the roof of the high rise. Can anybody remember this? It's driving me nuts!
