My boyfreidn and I are staying home and handing out candy for halloween this year. I stil want to dress up, but it needs to be comfortabl;e. I have my costume (I am wearing like a roman outfit) but he does not have one (we don't have to match). He does not want to spend a lot of money and he has to be able to sit on a couch comfortablly. Any ideas on what he can be and how to make them?

A robber, he can wear all black, & wear a ski mask, and a fake knife. Cut out cardboard into a shape of a knife, glue foil as the blade and duct tape as the handle or buy a weapon. You can always add fake blood. If he uses a knife make sure to put some blood across your neck like he maybe had the blade across your neck. If you don't have a ski mask, you can always paint/makeup a black eye mask/ kinda like Zorro. When you run out of candy, just start sending him to the door, the kids will understand!...lol Have fun!!

I love the birds idea! Otherwise a regular zombie would be great, just use some old clothes, stain them up a bit then use white glue and makeup for the zombie look itself. If you're handy at sewing you could make a 'prom' dress out of an old sheet, a bit of dye etc. or even a shower curtain. If not, and you really want the prom route, try a second hand store.

Well let him be a hobo get some old clothes like baggy and ripped and put dirt on his arms and face and mess up his hair then im sure he will be comfortable because its baggy old clothes i mean come on but my friend did this when his dad didnt have a job and could not afford a costume

hahahahah.....i have a good one. Someone did this at school last year. Be a peice of gum under a chair!!!! you dress in all pink and some how attach a chair to your head. It was really funny

go as a cockroach or rat infestation, lol. glue those cheap rubber rats or bugs u can get from halloween store for like 50 cents each, or the dolalr store. its funny and creative. i think im bein that for halloween this year

I just had a bad nosebleed. There was blood everywhere. It would of been a great costume.
I was out walking at the time and got blood all over the sidewalk.

well, my costume is good for a guy. jack sparrow. all you need is a fake pirate hat, some rum, boots and a bandanna, not forgetting pants and a shirt. simple easy and affordable. except i would just be a pirate. jack sparrow is way more complicated than that. hmm. he could always be a ghost, i haven't seen that one ever!

well he could get a face painting kit at walmart for like $2 and you could paint his face and he could wear some of his own clothes. there are lots of mix and matches on that one
