for one, my sister is 700 miles away from me, so no i cannot just get in my car and drive over there, and that is also why i didnt go with her. and two, thanks about the cervix not closing completely, since, yes, this is her second pregnancy. and three, is there really any reason for people to be so rude? especially when im simply curious and asking a question? sheeeesh. forgive me for asking a damn question.

There wasn't really many people being rude to you, I hate to hear it on here too but we're not doctors... so you can't really get your feelings hurt when someone gives you the information that they know... and i know that it is hard to be patient but wait til she gets out of the dr. office... and if she is anything like you are, she will have asked all the questions to find out exactly what that means... don't worry... And calm down... I'm sure she will call you

If this is her second pregnancy, there is a good chance she has been 1-2 cm dilated since she conceived.
