can you compress mpeg files?

I want to send it via e-mail, and it's too large.

I have already used winzip, and it is still too large to e-mail. Are there any other thoughts? The training movie has audio and video, so I need to compress both, together.

You need some kind of File Compressing Tool in order to do that. You can download WinZip for free. And you can use WinZip to zip up the mpeg files.
