My X left me and filed for divorce, but now wants to work it out. I am not willing. He tried to stop the papers, but since they were already filed, he couldn't. Is there anything I can do to move this along, and is there anything I have to do, he wont tel me.

If you do not know how to do it then:

1) buy a book and learn about it, or
2) hire a lawyer, or
3) both of the above

I am sure you can find the answers on line. But I am sure there are things you should be doing to move forwared and several forms that have time lines attached to them. Google Divorce in California or something but if you want out take control of your life and move forward

Being a divorcee myself, I can only suggest you obtain legal counsel to represent you. Your ex apparently thought "he" had an issue, therefore filed for divorce. I would say, now you have the issue. If you don't want to reconcile, check out the legal ramifications.
