Fears come from thought ( your thought that says, something bad will happen) that something bad is thought. Rationalization of thought, knowledge or logic cannot neutralize fear. Without thought there is no fear. That is the reason why human being is afraid. We are thoughts.

Some fears but not all fears can be dealt with this way. There are all kinds of fears, some rational, some irrational. Some simply too terrifying. All people are different. all people have different experiences In life. all people have different mentalities and levels of intelligence. All people's fears must be dealt with differently according to the individual need. You can't group all people or even fears into such a general question.

Fear comes from a much deeper source, and might remain hidden there for sometime, when logic 'seems' to console/convince self ! Only experience of deeper perception level can dispel fear completely !

Nope. Fear is a natural state. We can only alleviate them a tiny bit with any methods, though those three are probably the most effective if you can actually use them.

Some you can, some you can't. I generally can, but I know many who can't.
