Use a 12 hours nasal spray. They generally help. Also try sleeping with a humidifier. Or, get into a really hot shower and sweat for a bit. It could sweat out some of the sickness. Also, drink lots of water. I've found that water is the best medicine. Have a waterbottle with you at all times. Also, you might try taking something like Advil Cold and Sinus, just to help break up all the mucus. And, by all means, BLOW, BLOW, BLOW!!!!

First, find out what's causing it. If it's allergies, then you might need Flonase, Nasonex, or one of the oral decongestants. If it's just due to dryness in your nasal passages, nasal saline sprays mithe help, and so will having a humidifier in your home, especially at night. Good luck!!!!

Make strong solution of hot water and salt and douche your nose with it. Just put your finger in and inhale (deeply) some of the water from your fingertip. Do this frequently throughtout the day(s).

Buy some wasabi paste in a tube to carry around with you. A tiny nip of wasabi will go a long way to clear out your sinuses.

I always used Suphedrine since it was inexpensive and worked, but I think it may be behind the counter now.
