cant live without my best friend now that am in love with her?

iv been in love with my best friend for a few years and not told her and i wish i told her by now , but i know my best friend loves me but only as a good friend she tells me everything and i tell her everything but the one thing i want to tell her that i cant is : that i am totaly in love with her and i cant live without her , and i feel am not good enough for her sometimes. any answers to this ?
