Because there's always some really drunk girl that caught her equally drunk boyfriend sticking his tongue where it didn't belong on some other girl.
It's not a party 'til someone freaks out about something.

What parties are you going to? That doesn't happen at parties where mature people attend. Last time I've had that happen was with a 26 year old spoiled brat and I avoid parties with her now because of it.
Crying at any point of a party became inappropriate around age 7.

cause u must go to some bad partys i have never gone to a party where at the end a girl walked out crying. now i have gone to a party that the cops broke up ha aha

Usually at parties people get drunk and sometimes do "things" that they later regret. Doing these "things" might hurt a girlfriend or boyfriend and will probably cause some conflict. And with girls, lots of conflict with relationships or other people = a sad crying girl.
