I was given visitation every other wknd (supervised) in the home of the person that put the PFA on me, and superviser is the mother-in-law who use to work for Social Services, Now isn't that a conflict of interest somehow? especially for a first offense and no prior record?

Sounds like you need to contact the ethics committee in your state regarding this whole situation. If this person work for social services she should not have been involved with this case at all if she was related to the child in question

No, PFA orders are often written with visitation exceptions included in them to allow the party the chance to visit with the children. While it is often done, especially in the case of supervised visitation, at a local Visitation Center, if the parties agree to having a third-party present during the visitation, it can be set up that way. Did you have a lawyer present? If you are not happy with the accomodation, you can always file for a modification with alternative options.
