no too many calories and very high in fat
but makes a nice treat once in while
the problems start if you are it every day

Well, greasy fries and cheesburgers taste great but we know they are not good for us, and probably if you had them five days in a row they wouldn't be so yummy anymore. Better choices are the salads because veggies are good for us. Sometimes my will power is really tested and I hate ordering a healthy salad at a fast food restaurant because they are typicall small, and because I'm sitting across from someone eating a cheeseburger and fries. I'm being healthy but I want to club the guy because I'm jealous. So, as you said, it depends upon what you eat, and if you have paid attention to nutritional information, common sense will tell you that most of the food is unhealthy. P.S. - I'd rather have a salad at a restaurant like Chilies or Applebees because they are bigger and tastier.

Fast food is fine as long as you're not eating ONLY fried food. Eating grilled or broiled is healthier. If you like French fries eat the ones that are baked instead of deep fried. McDonalds is not the greatest place since the oil that is used to cook the fish filet sandwiches, Chicken McNuggets, Fries, and crispy chicken sandwiches is not meant to be used for cooking and it was used because it cleaned easier than regular cooking oils,but this very oil causes hypertension and other health problems.

you should ask.. is it bad for you
sparingly it's not too bad... and there are some better choices at many fast food chains now
however fast food even the salads at Mcdonals are loaded with fat and have about half a full days calories packed in one meal
so it's not the best choice to be eating it
but if you haven't eatn all day .. why not.. just don't get in the habbit

Those salads are sometimes even worse- up to 1500 calories!
Moderation is the most important.
I usually just eat a McDonalds plain burger with a diet coke. It is the perfect %'s of carbohydrates, protein, and fat and only 250 calories. A cheap verison of the zone diet. Just stay away from fries.

Fast food is never good for u, but u can have it sometimes, instead of having bad fast food , go to super market and get healthy staff which u don't have to cook for a long time, for example, instead of getting English muffin get multy grain English muffin, ham switch to a turkey breast, skim butter tastes the same as regular, ets.

Ok, well it's not good for you I can tell you that. Really if you eat alot fast food that's not healthy, but if you eat it only sometimes it won't do any damage to your health!

yeah you answered you own question.If your a fat person then dont eat fast food.But if your skinny your body is able to burn off fat faster than eat your heart out ..I DO!! I'm 21 and I have weighed 130 since '99

ive just started college as a chef and ive made lots of really healthy things within a few minutes that are tasty and ive stopped going to fast food places cos they just taste like crap :)
make your own food its funner healthier and cheaper
