Knowing what we know about the size of the universe, and the number of planet-rich solar systems, I would have to say yes.

However, I don't think we will ever make contact with any other civilization.

Yep. It is possible indeed that life is existing outside of earth, even though we havent found at all a planet with a climate like ours. We have, however, found solid planets that are either burning hot like the hot jupiturs (much like venus) or freezing (like pluto). All life has to do is adapt to it. Also, we could have life existing inside a gas giant also! There is a good chance, as we have only sent one probe to jupitur, and none of the others. Also, we only saw one part of the planet. Chances are very slim we will see anything, but it still would be a great discovery that we arnt alone in the universes!

YES, image the universe broken into 5s. We are 3/5 along the universe. So what happens to the 2/5. I for 1 believe theres life out there. But, we hav`t the technology to be of any use as of yet.

I wouldn't be surprised either way. The chance of life every happening anywhere else is slim to none, but you have an infinite number of chances. So it's definitely a possibility that there is life elsewhere in the universe. It doesn't make any sense that they would visit us though. According to physics, the fastest anything can move is the speed of light...although at that point, you would reach infinite mass and therefore it's not possible. So, travelling just under the speed of light, it would still take years for them to get to us and back to their home making any research they might do outdated and worthless.

We exist. Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species and your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

considering the size of the known universe, let alone the unknown, there is likely to be other life out there. so yes i beleive in aliens. and as far as them comeing here,

ok the only reason people say they will not, or have not come here is because our science cannot explain how they got here, thats the stupidest reason i have ever heard. there are all sorts of possable ways for them to get here, they could hybernate on the trip, they could live longer than us they, more likely, know how to move faster through space than we do, could be a combo of any of that. maybe theres a big ship with the whole race onboard. to say they cant get here because we cant get there, is just plain ignorance.

and as far as why would they come here. we are alone in this area thats for sure, more than likely so were they, and if they somehow detected us( you know we do broadcast signals into space) then they would have definitely come here just to see what it was. if we found a signal we would spend trillion to find out what it was. and what better way to examine it that to go there in person and do all sorts of tests. im sure they would do more test than to just butt diddle jim bob from the ozarks.

I don't know exactly about "aliens." I definitely believe there is life outside our planet. I find it impossible to believe that our planet, out of all the other planets, and galaxies out there, would have the only source of life in existence.

I guess I believe that there are some sort of beings out there, as well, because as far as we know, space is infinite. It's pretty arrogant and small-minded of us if we believe we're the only existing beings.

,I believe there is life on other planets but i do not believe we will ever have a visit It's not just the space its the time element. The universe is billions of years old and we have just achieved primitive space travel, and given a few thousand years we will be extinct so take a few thousand years and divide it into several billion and the billions of stars and you see the chances are extremely remote.

believe in em, i am 1. lol

and yes i do, have you seen some of the weird looking people on this planet, lol, im including myself in this.

aliens dont have to be the little green men we have been brought up on (or GREYS etc), an alien can be as small as human cell, so there as gotta be something out there, or GOD was just being miserly/lazy when he created the universe. (oh, and i dont believe in God)
