You can ignore him and his stupid jokes. Brush it off. There are insensitive people all around, if you let it get to you, you will not get far much.
Here is an idea, find out something about him, and joke about that. If he dislike it, or gets mad. Tell him you are joking just like he is joking too.
or, you let him that you are not comfortable with those kind of humor, if he doesn't stop, then you can report him to his boss, and make sure to point out that you have already informed him about your feeling with that kind of joking.
Good Luck

First and foremost is a question. How would you rate your sensitivity level?
You dont want your complaint to be dismissed based on being overly sensitive.
If you cannot be marginalized by comments such as "Too young, first job , fresh from convent school, no experience with different types of people" then this is what you should do.
Complaining doesnt help if you have no records, no documentation, and no proof.
Start documenting the incidents date, time, place, and if possible write down or tape record the exact wordings and action.
If you write these things down, you can see if the incidents are escalating or diminishing, or they are rare and far in between.
Depending on your documentation, you may have enough evidence to approach HR with a formal request to ask this "boss" to cease and desist.
The person will be asked to tone it down or zip the fraternizing with employees completely.
Keep copies of the documents.

Tell your fiance about your boss's attitude, but don't tell him that joke. Joke?! Hardly. There's nothing funny about that at all. Keep your fiance away from him if at all possilbe or he's liable to end up with a black eye (your boss, that is). Anyone who makes horrible jokes at another race's expense is not worth fooling with. Start looking for a better job. Good luck.

I am rarely pro-litigation, but in this case, I'll make an exception. I would go to the big boss. If that doesn't work, find a listing for "Jewish Defense League" or ask your fiance who handles anti-semitic BS in your area. Then, turn the "boss" in. Publish and be ... er... well, go for it. And good luck!

Please consider recording every such remark on paper: the date, the time, the context of the conversation. Contact your local ACLU office for advice, especially if you need your job. If you have an attorney, contact him/her as well.
Perhaps you have a special internal office where yo uwork where you can lodge complaints against harassment, sexist/racist comments without reprisal. If you do, take advantage of these resources.
You don't have to put up with comments like that--they affect the bottom line of your company--the well-being of its employees results in better results overall. To overlook the well-being of one's employees will cause trouble in the workings of any company.
I wish you good luck in resolving this sticky issue. Your boss is at best insensitive, at the very worst, abusive.

report the discrimination to the human resources department...annonamously! Let the department know what is being said.
If the guy says another joke to you, tell him before he starts that you really don't think he is funny and would rather not listen to his lamb jokes.
He can't fire you under the circumstances of you not being willing to listen to his racists remarks. I would file a claim with the Employment Bureau as well.
Lastly, FIND A DIFFERENT JOB !
What a Jerk !

Go to the head of the Co. Unless this person stops making these jokes, the Co. could be in big trouble. Racism and sexism have cost companies millions in fines. The racist should be fired immediately or the Co could be sued. If you have an HR director, talk to that person also.

You are experiencing sexual harrassment. If you want it to stop, either go up the chain of command, all the way to the owners, or leave the company with a formal letter, sent to the owners by registered mail. The legal ramifications can be devastating to them, and you don't deserve the punishment. Choose your employer well in the future. You are a valuable human being, and if they don't treat you with respect, they don't deserve to know you, much less profit from your dedication.

I will definitely fire your boss. Go to my website and get some good interview tips and then move on. Don't put yourself through all this because sooner or later, you might just be tempted to repeat some of the racist jokes and at that time, you might lose a relationship. Don't even get there.

Maybe you should think twice about whether or not you should actually be working for a company that permits this activity. I am Jewish myself and that is truly offensive. My guess is that i t is against the companies policies of harassment and if it is not, get out of there!
