I did a "ready set go- work list and gave myself a 45 min hour to get the project done. Then got up and moved around and ate a small bag of peanut M&M's that I grawed on all day long, I would walk fast so the 5-9 pieces chocolates wouldn't melt was I walked.... dropping off memos, or M&M's to other co-workers.
See- They loved when I came by and I got my work done, so there was not a problem. Most of all my backside stayed small cause I took the stairs.
Humored myself!
