Just a splash of 100% Tea Tree Oils breaks up even dried latex paint on clothes, skin, concrete, etc. and very quickly. If the tea tree oil remains, oxygen based laundry stain removers with eliminate the oil. This is the best product I have ever used for paint removal.

Hello There!! Have you ever tried (Goof-Off) ??. Try & use (Cold Water) Soak the (Shirt) in Cold Water & do not use (Hot Water) because, Hot Water will only set the (Paint) in the shirt...If (Goof-Off) does not work, than use a little (Gasoline) if (Gasoline) does not work than try useing a (Unsharpened) Butter Knife & gently rub the Knife across the Shirt... Remember that (Hot Water) will only lock in the Paint & that (Cold Water) will help loosen the paint. If all else (Fails) than try useing a (Heavy) dose of some kind of (Spray-On) Detergent & allow that Detergent to work it's way into the (Shirt) so that it will have some time to (Break Down) the Paint on the Shirt,,, Believe me, if none of these products work than I too have no other (Explaination) for anything else to work. I wish you well & I sure hope that atleast one of those (Products) I have mentioned works. Good Luck !!! rumeoui !!!

depends on the color of the shirt. But you minds well figure that shirt can be used only for play now. If there is a glob of paint you can remove it with a razor blade but residue will still linger within the fibers. You can try to remove the residue from the fibers delicately with a straight pin. If the shirt is brown or dark color then no problem, leave it at that. If the shirt is white then you can try to remove the residue with paint remover or nail polish remover by gently dobbing. That's the best you can do because sometimes the stain will remain..

If it is acrylic paint (water based) it will come off in the washing machine. If it is an oil paint, I don't think there is a way you can get it off of his clothes. I'm sure that if he's in school in art class and he's a little kid, they use the water based paints because kids get things everywhere. If it is house paint or something like that, I don't think there's any easy way to get it off, sorry.

Some paints simply cant be safely removed, such as acrylics. Any paint stripping substance will likely melt any synthetic fabric as well.
If it is a water soluable paint, such as water color or poster paints, repeated washings, in cold water should eventually get the color out. Be sure NOT to dry the shirt in between washings. Heat may just set the stain in more permanantly.

Once the paint has dried, spray hairspray onto the garment. The ingredient in hairspray, rubbing alcohol, helps loosen the paint. Use your fingernail or a dry cloth to scrape the paint away. Do laundry as usual and the garment should be as good as new.

It's usually simpler to go buy another shirt. But, if that is not an option, and it is latex paint, go buy some Goop, the one in the white can with blue letters, at Walmart. Soak the shirt in warm water after rubbing the Goop into the stains and hope for the best.

Apply a small amount of paint thinner in a piece of cloth and rub the affected parts until the paint totally melt and immediately wash the pant to avoid discoloration.
