Only the person selling the program gets rich. Very few people make money this way. And with the real estate market softening, investing in real estate right now is a gamble unless you can afford any loss.

We bought something like this.....It was like 350.00. You can look at it like they are getting rich off you, but if you take that information, which is MORE than the average real estate agent is going to reveal (since their commission is based on what you buy) and actually use it while researching for your purchases....it is worth it.
Even if you know someone in the realsestate biz, it cant hurt to know more. You just gotta decide if the knowledge is worth paying for, you could most likely research in books and on the web for free.
