contact installer immediately. let him know that this work
not done. also, contact his boss and him know what kind of work the installer did. let the installer know if he does not finish the job correct. you will contact the better business bureau. i can tell you if the installer did not clean the grout as he install the tile. he got troubles now.
do not seal the grout untill if done. don't let the installer pull your leg.

First vacuum off the tile as best you can. Next, take a lightly damp cloth and wipe down the floor using a "light & gentle" circular motion; and a mild dish soap is "okay" for some drty patches, just make sure you remove any soap residue. Let the floor dry... then put down your sealant for the grout... There is special sealant that you'll want to use after the grout is dry... and it is extremely important that you seal your grout, or it may discolor later "down the road." If you want to add a floor wax, wait until the floor has at least three to five days to "cure." That' all.

That is not good at all....
Try hot water and a clean spounge, it will take 5-10 cleanings to get the extra grout off.....use a hard sponge to scrap some off too...but becareful off the tile...
when it is all off, seal the tile with a tile sealer...
good luck

This is not bad.Get a bucket of hot water and a wrag and start washing down the floor.Just simply wash it off.It should look like a powder haze right now but is normal. You can clean this up yourself and save lots of money.Your tile is basicly done.the sealer is also simple to do

First go after him. If he works for a company call them and complain. If they don't do anything take pictures clean it up and take his a** to court.
