i was recently told that when armageden comes and jesus takes his reign..everyone will come back and anyone who goes bad will be destroyed...and those who do not recognize our "GOD" will be destroyed...who are we to tell anyone what GOD to believe in? I mean Buddah was around long before anyone...

First this isn't a political question. But still. Religion is goofy, it's a lot of different things for different people, but what most have in common is helping out your fellow man, and being a good person. If you can avoid the crazy(est) on all side of Religion you might find you own little spot that makes you happy. And, maybe that will be enough for you not to care so much what others say.

Yah that whole end of times thing is why I quit going to church when I was 18 and my parents couldnt make me go anymore.
