what i mean, is, the doctor told my sister, she is almost 6 months, her cervix isnt growing properly?

Your cervix doesn't grow, it dilates and effaces....but not until close to when you will go into labor. At 6 mos, she would hopefully not be seeing any kind of cervical changes yet since it's early.

Do you mean that the fundal height of her uterus isn't increasing maybe?

I think you need to clarify what the concern is before we can answer your questions.
