www.ipchicken.com gives the WAN address or your public address out on the internet. If you are wanting to share you internet connection internally you will need to IP of your pc. To get that go to Start - Run, type "cmd" and hit enter. From the command prompt type "ipconfig" and it should show you your IP, subnet mask, and gateway.
Here is a good site for help with setting up ICS.

Go to Start and click on it.
Got to Run and click on it.
Type in cmd in the dialog box and hit enter.
In the next window that opens with the flashing cursor at the end of the line, just type in ipconfig/all and hit enter.
Now you'll get all the details of your IP configuration.
Scroll down a bit to where you find IP with a string of numbers and dots, and copy that down as your IP Address. Also copy the string of numbers at Subnet Mas and Default Gateway and also DNS where you should see two rows of numbers, one below the other. The first is your Primary DNS Server and the second is your Secondary DNS Server.
This is the gamut of information that you might need to fill out in the configuration; so, please write them down, accurately.
All the best.
Cheers.
PS
I hope somebody'll be able to tell the guy who is touting ipchicken that it doesn't work.

If you are using Win XP - try the ff.

2. Click on Run
3. On the Run window type cmd and then click on OK
4. On the black window (dos window) type ipconfig then hit enter on your keyboard so that your ip informations will be displayed, including subnet mask etc.
