As of right now, I would have to side with slightly positive. The problem is that humans can only process so much information, and then applying that info is another thing.

This seems to have turned us into a "results now" society. That is a bad thing. But it is a natural progression when we can get instant communication.

We just have to learn to deal with it.

For society? Negative. Large groups of people are easier to control when they have only one place to look for information. However, I believe that the benefits to humanity at large far out-way the benefits of the few in control of a society being able to manipulate the rest of the population.

in some way neg sometimes the media tell society things they really don't need to know until all the facts are there. Like with the military! lets tell all the other countries everything were going to do before we do it that way their not surprised!duh

there is not any longer a number of of a conflict of words because of the fact it rather is changing human beings relationship on line rather of going out to fulfill one yet another, faculties are battling cursive because of the fact there are digital signatures, human beings now no longer use encyclopedias and dictionaries....
