Ouch. Well, the steps and effort you take will largely depend on how important the data is that you have to recover. First things first. Don't do anything rash just because you're frustrated. Making wrong moves now can hamper your efforts even more. DON'T format and DON'T use Partitionmagic. Take a deep breath.
Assuming you can still boot and access the internet (or you couldn't have posted), download and run the correct version of testdisk using the following link: http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Download.
That should work. If it doesn't, try the best value commercial data recovery software you can find. If that still doesn't work, and your data is VERY important, then go for commercial data recovery services.
Take these steps and only these steps. Don't use PM (since it has a different purpose and can lead to more damage) and don't use windows' data recovery commands -- you couldn't understand your data even if you recover them.

That is not a possibility at all. Once the partition is destroyed the data goes with it. But the data is NOT unrecoverable.
You need to find a company that can recover data on drives such as that one.
I did the same thing and called a company called Beach Bum It.
find them at www.beachbumit.com
I got all my data back!

sorry there is nothing you can do unless you want to pay big bucks. when you deleted that partition you deleted all data with it. to format it just right click the drive and choose format. that sucks.
