If the daddy isn't listed on the start certificates because of fact the daddy, he has to instruct paternity someway different than a blood attempt. IE, he earlier admitted he become the daddy to witnesses. in case you have any evidence he denied being the daddy in front of witnesses, it quite is going to be just about impossible for him to declare it now. additionally, you need to discover out what the state has set because of fact the minimum in toddler help. If he is going to declare to be the daddy, you may factor out he has to commence paying your cash. He might want the money better than the youngster. Get a reliable lawyer.

look for the safety of the kids,if he wants this get it to be supervised.there is no way i would trust him to be alone with the kids, but at the same time you do not want the kids to not know who he is. Trust me after they see him in one of his bad moods or whatever they will let the other parent know they do not want to be in that enviroment, kids are smarter than what we give them credit for.I know what ever state you live in there are some kinda lwas there to help you with this. All these dads think that just because they help to get a child they have all of these rights, but they do not relize it is the mother who has to do so much for the babies. so check to see what kind of programs there are in your state to help you with this ok good luck

if you have everything documented don't worry, if he's abusing drugs ask for a test for both of you this way they can see how serious you are. and the abuse is documented and bring any emergency room reports as well. try and see if you can get legal aid they help in these types of problems. LOL

If what you say is true, then he will definately have no chance at joint custody! Don't worry about it.

with a history of drugs and alcohol (I hope you can prove), and no stable residence, I doubt he will get joint custody.
