The best plan out there is Premier Designs Jewelry. It not only has the best plan. It has the easiest product to sell. Home office is also very supportive. The product has a perfect market. The thing about alot of these kinds of home businesses is that they appeal to a smaller market. For example, if you sell Brand X of makeup and a woman only buys Brand Y, you will never sell to her.

The marketing plan is 50% of anything you sell, 10% of your 1st downline, 10% of your 2nd level, and 10% of your 3rd level.

I would say the one I am doing now - Lia Sophia Jewelry. I have been in the direct sales (home party plan) business for almost 15 years with two other companies and I can tell you that neither of them compared with Lia Sophia. The commission plan is fantastic and is a true commission - all hostess gifts, 1/2 price items, etc are paid by the company - they do not come out of our commission. The starter kit is very reasonable and includes EVERYTHING you need to get started - no other upfront costs, no other items you have to purchase to start. There are no deliveries, no heavy bulky items to carry or show, no inventory to keep. And you can earn extra free jewelry (up to $600 worth in your first 15 weeks) and every month there is an incentive offered by the company for even more free jewelry. There is also a very generous discount (70%). We earn trips, gift certificates, designer outfits, etc just for having fun and making money. All of our jewelry carries a lifetime no questions asked exchange/replacement guarantee and this guarantee also applies to any piece of jewelry which is exchanged or replaced. There is also a fantastic opportunity to move up. If you would like more info please visit my site: http://www.liasophia.com/ringsandthings and then contact me with any questions or concerns. I would love to talk to you about this company.
