I can't get in to my yahoo mail at all?

You really need to include more information if you want somebody to help you out here. What mail program is it? Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook or Outlook Express, G-Mail, etx. It is client based like Outlook or is it web based like Yahoo!, is it a free account or is it a fee based version?
Now, the number one issue on web based accounts would be your cookie settng. If you or anyone else recently changed you browser cookie settings then of course you can't access your mailbox. Go into Internet Options-Privacy Tab and make sure your cookie setting is set at Medium. Anything higher than medium and the webmail is unable to keep a cookie on your hard drive. The cookie is used to hold your ID and Password and if not set at Meduim it will keep not allowing you in. I know as I once set mine at medium high and I could not get into my Yahoo! Mail Plus account, it just kept going back to the login screen time and time again. It was frustrating, but I finally figured it out by going in and checking my settings.
