I mean, they brought back "Strawberry Shortcake" why not "Rainbow Bright"?

They did, just badly. I don't know about any new cartoons for the character, but I've seen some Rainbow Bright dolls at the store. They look like they are made very cheaply...cheap fabric, plastic, etc. It's sad actually. I loved Rainbrow Bright as a kid and even remember a live action video that was really cute.

I hope so. That was a great cartoon and I think girls now will love her. It will be like when they brought back Strawberry Shortcake. Who would have thought she was going to come back and as a little tween. That will be cool if they bring her back.

they did bring back rainbow bright my niece even has a dvd of it she got for christmas last year with one of the dolls they just didn't get as popular as strawberry shortcake.

they did last year. but as other people have said it just wasn't the same and didnt catch on like strawberry shortcake. but I loved rainbow brite and her sprites!

There was a brief resurgence of RB in the store where I work a few years ago but it didn't last long. She could have run off with Holly Hobbie I guess.

no, after the teletubbies were cancelled, I don't think there was much chance of bringing back such a blatantly pro-gay cartoon.
