I once couldn't get into ebay also with my correct password. What happened was that someone hacked into my ebay account and ebay closed it. Check the email you used to set up your ebay account. If a hacker got into your ebay account, ebay would have sent you notification of a hacking.
Also if it has been a long, long time since you last acessed ebay, they will close your account thus you not being able to log in.

Did you mean POSTCODE if so, is it a newly built house on a new road ifso it is possible ebay havn't updated their database and your road doesn't yet exist on it
