If you have a pop up blocker ... such as on your internet toolbar)... Then right click on the icon and in the drop down box...select allow pop ups from ... then add the sites or sources you want to allow.

Most pop up blockers have a simple allow command all you have to do is bring up you cursor to the logo on the taskbar that shows you have a popup and a allow prompt should be there.

Varies by popup blocker so you'll need to specify what kind you have.

Go to tools in you working bar and the go to pop-up blocker and it should then say pop-up blocker settings and then from there you can choose to turn them off or enter sites to allow, ETC.
