I'm a 26 year old male, i have an extreme dandruff problem, my feet kind of smell, my underarms smell, i have a greasy face..
But i :
-change underware everyday
-change socks
-use deodorant
-wash my mouth

If it is underarm odor, there is a good chance that you are low in zinc. You might consult a nutritionist or holistic physician about this.

You may have excema or seborrhea or psoriasis on your scalp, but that doesn't usually smell bad.

I suggest that you go buy wipes that you can freshen up your body with a few times a day in the restroom. You might find some in the area around paper plates because they are good to use on picnics. You need the ones that are individually wrapped so you can tuck them in your pants pocket. I am talking about the kind that chicken places hand out to clean up your hands after you eat. Clean up those places that you know start smelling during the day. Use some toilet paper to blot the oil off your face. If you can chew gum at work, do that as it will help keep the breath problem at bay. I have a lot of fillings and food gets caught and so I chew 3 to 4 pieces a day because I cannot just be brushing all the time.

You might also consider adding vinegar to your rinse water when you wash your underclothing/socks. Sometimes those smells stay in clothing and are reactivated when you heat up.

Good luck to you.

Dandruff - Try Neutrogena T-Gel Maximum Strength. You can get it pretty much everywhere like Wal-Mart and such. It doesn't smell too great when you are using it but it really helps with dandruff, flaking, and dry skin.

Feet - Try changing your shoes (maybe they are old). Wash your feet really well. If they sweat alot, then dry using a foot powder that helps reduce sweat and smell.

Underarms - You can get prescription "deoderant" from doctors. If you can't afford that, try changing your deoderant. After a while, our bodies need a switch-up.

Greasy Face - Try Proactiv. Not real expensive and they deliver. If you can't afford it, then just go out and buy some facial cleanser for oily skin.

Bad Breath - Get a WaterPik. Gets rid of plaque (cause of bad breath). Easier and more effective than flossing.

Smelly Body - Be sure to wash everywhere REALLY well. And by everywhere I mean crotch, butt crack, pits and so on. If you are a big guy, then take at least two showers a day.

Oh, and if you are taking alot of medications that could cause the bad breath, oily skin, and body odor.

Good Luck!

First of all, if you are not using a deodorant and antiperspirant and just wearing just a deodorant or just a antiperspirant the BO is not being dealt with. Also, if you are wearing clothes that have been laying on the floor or that have been worn before without washing that will cause BO. If you have pets that spray your clothes on the floor then it will cause odor.
Shoes worn without socks will eventually smell and will leave odors on any socks you may wear later or your feet and it is extremely hard to remove the smell.
Do you shower and wash your hair daily before going to work? IF you just pop out of bed change your underwear and brush your teeth this is not good enough.
Bad breath can result from teeth that are in need of work, sinus problems, smoking, and drinking. The best way to deal with the problem is to get to the root of the source and eliminate it.

Are you washing well? Or just doing the once-over with a bar of dial? Are you flossing? What about using special shampoo for the dandruff?

I agree with the poster to said to see a dentist and a dermatologist. This sounds like a real problem.

its really not what you do is the brand of body cleansing you use what you need is a strong brand that last, what you need is every thing made by UniLever, Sauve, AXE, Lever 2000,and Degree.
I recommend using Powered based deodorant by Degree our AXE it last longer than the gel, if all you can find is the gel use baby powder on top of it. for the shampoo get the strong stuff for my dandruff i use head and shoulder and medicated shampoo, Neutragenia's T-Gel its dark brown in a little bottle, you can find it any where. for your feet use baby powder and Armor Hammer baking powder.for your mouth scrub you tongue with Armor Hammer baking powder and peroxide than brush your teeth and rinse.
and make sure you use body spray i per fer AXE brand the girls love it. you'll spend about $25bucks and smell like a million.

its a long process but at 26 i say you are worth it. take 2 showers a day every day, brush your teeth 3 times a day every day, use mouthwash. keep deoderant, mouthwash and foot spray at work and use them often to avoid bad odors. take a little longer to get ready for work - so you look nicer neater less greasy.
Bad breath can be caused if you don't eat regularly so don't skip meals eat healthy and you will feel better about yourself. if this does not help you see a doctor for more intense treatments

Get your teeth cleaned by a dentist, as that could be the cause of bad breath.

Cut down on how much junk food, cold cuts, and fast food you are eating as those foods can cause body odor.

It sounds like you might need to see a dermatologist. Sometimes our body chemistry may be "off" and no matter what you apply on it, the problem may be internal.Hopes this advice helps you out.

Trobop,
I would go to the doctor and tell him what you just said. I bet there's some kind of medication you can take for excessive body odor.
Try this web site...BOTISOL.com...this product may help.
