Yes you can, use a good quality Masonry paint and give it two coats, the first will be absorbed into the pebbledash base. Use a brush if the pebbledash is quite proud of the base

Any good outdoor paint will do. but painting itself is a bit a pain, because you have to get the paint between the pebbles, hold the brush vertical to the wall. and dab, like you would do stencilling

if money is no problem then there are companies out there that will spray on an exterior paint with a kind of rubbery ingredient.
Holds the whole thing together and is long lasting etc.
Having said that, if money is no object, have you considered some stone cladding? Hmmm?

If you are talking about pebble dash wall paper then yes of course you can. If you are talking about external pebble dash then the answer is yes as long as the cement base is sound. If it is very crumbly you will need to apply a primer paint before you apply the finish coat.

yeah you can, its going to be hard work though , just use any masonry pant, you can get one with a kind of weathershield in it , instead of using 2 different paints to make it last longer, use a long bristled brush too, you wont be able to use a roller as it wont get between all the pebbles

good luck :)

Yes. You need a loose bristled brush, so that when you paint the bristles shape themselves around the pebbles. You also need strong wrists!
