"GET...THE...F--K...OUT of here!! What do you MEAN you never read that article on photonic crystals!! You really are a dork!"

There is a difference between sharing your knowledge and insulting someone for what they don't know.
You can teach some one, but if they DON'T want to learn, then there is nothing you can do about it, buy slandering people you just prove your incompitance. Sorry if that sound mean, but not everyone KNOWS the litteral term for starfish, is seastar. Along with us who log into Yahoo! from work, how many people out there do you think are 12 or 13 years old. Logging in for a school assingment, using Yahoo! as a research source. And by calling a 12 year old a twit, you are just lowering yourself to their level.
Oh, and Austrailia is both a continent, AND a country, just like america. I was always taught that someone who cusses that much, has too much ingnorance to come up with better words.

Canada, and centeral America are part of our continent, but seperated, they are individual countries.
Same with Austrailia, the continent consists of, (the country) austrailia, and the fiji islands, and new zealand., But, seperated,
Austrailia, is a different COUNTRY from New Zealand.
And not everyone knows Phototonic crystals are. The same with
the cats and sweet things. Yeah science may be developed, but did your cat TELL you he can't taste sweet things, or maybe since your so SMART you just KNOW, right? Science doesn't know EVERYTHING. It is just the beginning of understanding. And I really Doubt that the 12 or 13 year olds are as developed as you "SCIENTISTST"
Just because some one doesn't
know a fact doesn't give you the right to reduce yourself to name calling. It really doesn't make you any better. You can teach some one, without patronizing them

There are some gaining awareness of Disabilities that have extra of a social stigma than different gaining awareness of Disabilities.

Becuz more and more, ppl are uneducated. They feel better around ppl that are just like them.
lol, I know what youre sayin....its funny when you come across these ones that didnt see this, or hear that, or didnt read that article.
Look at it this way....you are learning and moving forward, and they are stuck in the mud....where they prefer to be.
Learn all you can, educate yourself with as much as possible.

It's isolation from the ignorant people - it's really a BAD thing - it just means you need new (smarter/better educated) friends, etc.

It's because of the dumb down factor in our society. The dumb folks can't handle intelligent people like you and me. I refuse to allow the asssholes to "dumb me down".
