I would never ever jeopardize a friendship over some stupid guy. Boyfriends come and go, but you can't easily replace a good friend. There are other boys to date... don't take your friends seconds - and why would you want to be with someone who can compare how you and your best friend kiss, etc.? nope, that was rule number one between my friends and I, never piss each other off over a guy - they aren't worth it!

Nope- it is a direct violation of the Friend Code. Even if you're not too close with the friend who used to date this guy, you have probably seen the two of them together and heard some stuff from her about their relationship while it lasted. If you date this guy, your friend will feel like it's a breach of trust, and lilke you really don't value her friendship that much. Also, if she was serious with this guy, think how it will make her feel every time she sees the two of you together. I just don't think it's a great idea.

Depends....if my good friend really loved this boy, then no.... But, make sure that youf friend knows that you are considering dating one of her ex's. If you dont let her know, she will be pissed by the fact that you didnt even think to tell her. She will think that you're just trying to get with someone she liked/likes to make her mad. If they didnt have a serious relationship, go for it.

No way, that is not something friends do. It will end up just causing problems. I would never go out with someone one of my friends just talked to.

If she is no longer dating him and you are interested go for it.
She shouldn't care and maybe he's the right guy for you.
