From what I could determine, polacrilex is the polymer to which the nicotine is attached. It's the gum part of nicotine gum.

The full chemical description of nicotine polacrilex is:

2-Propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, polymer with diethenylbenzene, compd. with 3-[(2S)-1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinyl]pyridine

of which the last part, the 33-[(2S)-1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinyl]pyridine, is simply the chemical description for nicotine.
