It depends how you present yourself. What I mean is skinny pants would look best with boots that high, but so would capris that have an elastic at the bottom (capris arent always tight..)..and if you wear them with confidence everything is sexy. Walk with attitude and a great smile...all heads will be turning and trust me they arent looking at the pants.

The only time I would say yes would be if you made them look like skinny pants. Anything else would be way too reminiscent of "Hamma Time" and parachute pants.

I hate that style. I hate boots. I think it's a really ugly trend. I say wear your boots under your pants, rather risk looking dumb.

i'd say your best bet is to wear it with a skirt, and show some stocking or leggings... fishnets would look hot...
as for pants... you don't want it to be TOO baggy... as long as it looks good, you're fine.
