You are most likely to get pregnant 2 weeks after your period.
Here is a fertility calculator. Put in the length of your cycle (time between the end the start of your period to the start of your next period) , then out the date of the first day of your last menstral period. And viola, you have your answer of when you can most likely have sex and not get pregnant. However please use protection anyway.

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler
This book will help you with all of your menstrual and conception questions. It’s for all women - not just women trying to conceive. It covers everything from temperature to mucus checking, etc.. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! It tells you how to figure out your cycle and what to expect. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths

Dear lord. Please do NOT use the timing method, where you pick particular times of the month based on your period. That does NOT work, and you will end up pregnant.
If you choose to have sex, then please DO use a condom, and better yet, please be sure you are on the pill. You can never be too safe.
When you choose to have sex, be sure you are ready for the consequences. Even with every protection, you still might end up pregnant, so you need to be sure you could handle being a parent.

alwyas use protection. Sperm can live in your body for up to five days, and you can get pregnant at any time.
