First of all the way that the computer is prompting you at the beginning I am assuming you have corrupted your BIOS settings somehow and you will want to clear your cmos (while computer is off move CLRCMOS jumper to PIN 1&2 and return).
I doubt that BIOS is the problem. So I would start by deleting spybot S&D as it is associated with adware and allows some to run on your computer on purpose. get hijackthis for free at: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/
It is fast and will find things no other will find. Run and delete all items that it finds, should be good after that.
If problem continues I recommend that you save needed files on backup drive and reboot your operating system(use windows or other OS disk that you are running and reintall)

Disconnect from the Internet, go to best buy, and buy a CD with Norton (or any anti virus program you prefer), and install it, then scan your computer, if it doesn't work take it to geek squad and have them fix it, I use Ubuntu linux so I don't even worry about it. Delete cookies, and temp internet files. In the future go to trusted sites.

There are many online resources for anti-spyware and anti-virus scanning. Try at least three solutions, since they don't always look at the same files, have the same threat deffinitions, etc. Three's a good number.
Symantec, MacAfee, Panda all come to mind as having online free scans. If all else fails, try and save your data (documents, photos, etc) and reload your system. You'll have to format your hard drive and reload windows and all of your applications, but believe me it'll make a big difference.
Good luck, usually once you're in it this far, there's no easy and quick solution.

Do a Yahoo search on antivirus packages. Not all of the antivirus packages out there can find all of the viruses on your computer, sometimes you may have to try another program. Now, if it is not a virus, it could be other problems such as your hardware. Have you done all of your Windows updates ? Are you using Internet Explorer ? Try another program such as Firefox or Opera.

Take it to someone who knows what he is doing. Or reformat the drive and reinstall windows if you can and if you know how to. If possible, take the info out of there IF you want to save anything.
